1.تسجيل مستخدم

1.1 من أجل استخدام بعض منافع الموقع (مثل شراء المنتجات)، يجب عليك التسجيل وإنشاء حساب مؤمن بكلمة سر خاصة بك. ان حسابك هو شخصي وحصريًا لك وغير قابل للتحويل إلى أي طرف ثالث.

1.2 لكي تكون مستخدمًا مسجلاً، يجب أن يكون عمرك 21 عامًا وأن تقدم معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة (بما في ذلك اسمك وتاريخ ميلادك وعنوان بريدك الإلكتروني … إلخ) كما هو مطلوب أثناء عملية إنشاء الحساب.

  1. طلب الشراء

2.1 عليك دفع المبلغ بالكامل كما هو موضح أثناء عملية الطلب، بما في ذلك تكاليف الشحن أو الرسوم الأخرى التي قد تكون متوجبة عليك.

2.2بمجرد “تأكيد” الطلب، سنرسل إليك بريدًا إلكترونيًا لإقرار الطلب.

2.3 تباعاً لقبولنا لطلبك، سنقوم بإرسال المنتجات المطلوبة إذا كنت قد سددت المبلغ بالكامل من خلال بطاقتك

  1. الدفع

3.1  نقبل الدفع من بطاقة الائتمان لطلب الشراء، وبعد أن نتحقق من تفاصيل بطاقتك.

3.2 في حالة عدم توفر المنتجات، سنبلغك في أقرب وقت ممكن وسيتم استرداد أموالك بالكامل

لضمان استخدام بطاقتك بموافقتك، سواء اخترت K-net أو Visa / MasterCard كطريقة دفع، سنوجهك إلى بوابة الدفع ذات الصلة حيث سيُطلب منك إدخال تفاصيل بطاقتك (مثل رقم البطاقة، تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية والرمز السري).

3.4  تقع مسؤولية التحقق من العميل ومعلومات بطاقة العميل (لتفويض معاملة المدفوعات) على عاتق بوابة الدفع المعنية  أو البنك المُصدر للبطاقة. نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن أي خسائر أو أضرار تحدث من المعاملات الاحتيالية التي قد تحدث بسبب الهجمات أو الانتهاكات الالكترونية على أي بوابة دفع أوعلى البنوك المصدرة، أو بسبب تفاصيل بطاقة العميل أو تفاصيل التحقق من رقم التعريف الشخصي أو تفاصيل التحقق من كلمة المرور أو أي تفاصيل أخرى التي تسمح بالشراء عبر بوابة الدفع التي يتم الحصول عليها من قبل الأشخاص ذوي النوايا الخبيثة أو الأشخاص الذين قد لا يكونون المالكين الشرعيين للبطاقة.

3.5 تشمل الأسعار الضرائب (إن وجدت) ولكنها لا تشمل رسوم التوصيل (ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك).

3.6   نبذل قصارى جهدنا لضمان إدراج أسعار المنتجات المعروضة على موقع Belovedone.com بدقة، ومع ذلك، من الممكن أن تحدث أخطاء. إذا اكتشفنا خطأ في سعر المنتجات التي طلبتها ودفعت ثمنها، فسنبلغك في أقرب وقت ممكن ونمنحك خيار إما إعادة تأكيد طلبك بالسعر الصحيح أو إلغاء الطلب. إذا لم نتمكن من الاتصال بك، فسوف نتعامل تلقائيًا مع الطلب على أنه تم إلغاؤه ونعيد إليك أموالك في حال كنت قد دفعت بالفعل. إذا كنت رغبت في إلغاء طلب كنت قد دفعت ثمنه، فسنقوم بإعادة أموالك بالكامل.

قد نصدر كوبونات خصم ورمزًا ترويجيًا (وحوافز تسويقية أخرى) للمستخدمين المسجلين والتي يمكن الاستفادة منها، مع مراعاة ما يلي ؛

4.1 كوبونات الخصم صالحة لغاية تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية المذكور.

4.2  يجب تفعيل استخدام كوبونات الخصم قبل الدفع.

4.3 لا يمكن استخدام قسيمة الخصم جزئيًا، ولا يمكن استخدامها مرتين.

4.4  يمكن للمستخدمين استخدام قسيمة خصم واحدة فقط لكل معاملة طلب شراء.

 

 

  1. 5. شروط واحكام الكفالة

جميع المنتجات مغطاة بضمان لمدة سنة لعيوب التصنيع. لا يغطي الضمان الإصلاحات الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الكسر أو استعمال مواد تنظيف كيميائية غير مناسبة.

 

 

  1. 6.أحكام متنوعة

6.1  يخضع استخدامك للموقع الإلكتروني وعقود الشراء للمنتجات مع موقع Belovedone لقوانين دولة الكويت.

6.2  ان أي روابط لمواقع الإنترنت الأخرى الموجودة على Belovedone.com تهدف لخدمة وراحة المستخدم وعلماً أننا لسنا مسؤولين عن محتوى أو تشغيل تلك المواقع. استخدام تلك مواقع الإنترنت على مسؤوليتك الخاصة وعلى تكلفتك.

6.3  نحتفظ بالحق في نقل أو التنازل عن أو التعاقد على منفعة جزء أو كامل من أي من الحقوق أو التزامات إلى أي طرف ثالث.

6.4  لن يعتبر أي تأخير أو فشل في ممارسة أي صلاحيات أو حقوق من جانبنا بموجب هذه الشروط بمثابة تنازل عنها.

6.5  ان المستخدم يوافق على أن جميع الاتفاقيات والإشعارات والإفصاحات وغيرها من الاتصالات التي نقدمها لك إلكترونيًا تفي بأي شرط قانوني ويوازي الاتصال الكتابي القانوني

 

 

 7المسؤولية والتعويض

7.1  نحن لا نضمن أن الموقع أو أي من الخدمات المتاحة من خلاله سيكون خاليًا من الأخطاء، ومن الممكن أن يكون هناك تأخير أو عدم دقة أو حذف في المواد أو الخدمات المتاحة من خلال الموقع.

7.6 لن نتحمل أي مسؤولية عن التأخير أو الإخفاق في تسليم المنتجات أو أداء أي التزام بسبب أحداث القوة القاهرة و الأحداث الخارجة عن إرادتنا (مع ملاحظة أن القوة القاهرة تعني، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، أحداث الحرب والحرب الأهلية والاضطراب ،التمرد، أعمال الشغب ،الفيضانات ،الزلازل ،الأعاصير، أو أي كارثة طبيعية أخرى).

2.1 You must pay the full amount as stated during the ordering process, including shipping costs or other fees that you may be incurred.

2.2 Once the order is “confirmed”, we will send you an order confirmation email.

2.3 Following our acceptance of your order, we will dispatch the products ordered if you have paid the full amount through your card.

2.4 You can review the details of your previous orders through the “Your Account” page on the website

 

  1. Payment

3.1 We accept credit card payment for your order, after we verify your card details.

3.2 In the event that the Products are not available, we will inform you as soon as possible and a full refund will be given (to the same account used to pay for the purchase).

3.3 To ensure that your Card is used with your consent, whether you choose K-net or Visa/MasterCard as a payment method, we will direct you to the relevant payment gateway where you will be asked to enter your card details (such as card number, expiration date and pin code).

3.4 The responsibility for verifying the customer and the customer’s card information (to authorize the payment transaction) is the responsibility of the respective payment gateway or card issuer bank. We are not responsible for any losses or damages that occur from fraudulent transactions that may occur due to cyber attacks or breaches on any payment gateway or on issuing banks, or due to customer card details, PIN verification details, password verification details or any other details which allow purchases through a payment gateway to be obtained by persons with malicious intent or persons who may not be the legitimate owners of the card.

3.5 Prices include taxes (if applicable) but do not include delivery charges (unless otherwise noted).

3.6 We make every effort to ensure that the prices of products displayed on Belovedone.com are included accurately, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered and paid for, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will automatically treat the order as canceled and refund you if you have already paid. If you wish to cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund.

 

  1. Discount Coupons

We may issue discount coupons and a promotional code (and other marketing incentives) to registered users that may be availed, subject to the following;

4.1 Discount coupons are valid until the stated expiry date.

4.2 The use of discount coupons must be activated prior to payment.

4.3 The discount voucher cannot be used in part, nor can it be used twice.

4.4 Users can only use one discount coupon per purchase order transaction.

 

  1. Terms and Conditions of Warranty

All products are covered by a  year warranty for manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover repairs resulting from misuse, breakage, or use of unsuitable cleaning chemicals

 

  1. Miscellaneous provisions

6.1 Your use of the Website and your purchase contracts for Products with Belovedone.com are subject to the laws of the State of Kuwait.

6.2 Any links to other Internet sites on Belovedone.com are for the convenience and service of the user, and we are not responsible for the content or operation of those sites. Use of these websites is at your own risk and cost.

6.3 We reserve the right to transfer, assign or contract the benefit of part or all of any of the rights or obligations to any third party.

6.4 No delay or failure to exercise any powers or rights on our part under these Terms shall be deemed a waiver thereof.

6.5 The user agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement and are equivalent to legal written communication

 

  1. Liability and compensation

7.1 WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR ANY OF THE SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, AND THERE MAY BE DELAYS, INACCURACIES OR OMISSIONS IN THE MATERIALS OR SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE.

7.6 We will not be liable for delay or failure to deliver Products or performance of any obligation due to events of force majeure and events beyond our control (noting that force majeure means, without limitation, events of war, civil war, disorder, insurrection, riot, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, or any other natural disaster).

8.3 We have the right and the option (but not the obligation) to monitor or remove any User Content, and have no responsibility for any Content posted by you or any third party.
