We accept the cancelation if we didn’t start the order yet. No cancellation after we start the making. No exchange for orders.

The delivery will contact you for several times, if there is no answer the delivery will be postponed to the next day.

How are the products personalized and packed?
The orders will be personalized based on your request with the name, font type, and color chosen, and then it will be gift wrapped.

How can I track my order?
After you make your order, you will receive two emails. The first one will be an email that we accept your order, and the second you will be after we deliver your order.

When will my order be delivered?
Based on the item, orders after 1:00pm will be delivered next day. Orders from Promenade can be taken on the same day based on or working hours.
